1. General Provisions

LoFi Cam provides its services to you in accordance with the following terms of service. These terms may be updated by LoFi Cam at any time and without notice. In the event of a change to the LoFi Cam Terms of Use ("Terms of Use"), LoFi Cam will post the change on this page. The modified Usage Agreement will effectively replace the original Usage Agreement once it is posted on the web site.

2. Description of services

3. Compliance with Laws

You agree to comply with all the provisions of the relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and to assume full responsibility for any use of your password and your account in any way to use the Service and its results. If your behavior violates any provisions of national laws and regulations, which may constitute a crime, you will be held criminally liable and you will bear full legal responsibility.

Also if LoFi Cam has reason to believe that any of your actions, including but not limited to any of your remarks and other actions violate or may violate any provisions of national laws and regulations, LoFi Cam may terminate the service to you at any time without any prior notice.

4. LoFi Cam Privacy Policy

5. Provider's Responsibility

6. User Conduct

Users agree that they will not use the Service for any illegal or improper activities, including but not limited to the following:.

• Contains false, fraudulent, harmful, coercive, invasive of others' privacy, harassment, infringement, vilification, vulgarity, obscenity, or other morally objectionable content.
• Contains other content that is restricted or prohibited by Chinese laws, rules, regulations, ordinances, and any norms having the force of law
• Contains content that LoFi Cam deems inappropriate for display.

2. Impersonate any other person or organization, or make false statements or misrepresentations in connection with any person or organization.
3. Publish, email or otherwise transmit any content that is known to you under any law or contract or legal relationship (such as inside information, proprietary and confidential information learned or disclosed as a result of an employment relationship and under a confidentiality agreement) but that you are not authorized to transmit.
4. Publish or otherwise transmit any content that infringes the copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or other exclusive rights of others ("Exclusive Rights").
5. To transmit any advertising letters, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "direct marketing" or any other form of solicitation to be published, sent or otherwise transmitted.
6. Publish, send or otherwise transmit any material that is designed to interfere with, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software, hardware or communications equipment, or other computer code, files and programs.
7. Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers and networks connected to the Service, or violate any rules, procedures, policies or regulations governing networks connected to the Service.
8. Stalk, manhunt or otherwise harass others.
9. Intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, national laws, and any rules having the force of law.
10. Intercept, tamper with, collect, store or delete personal information, site mail or other data information of others without lawful authority, or use such information known to you for any unlawful or improper purpose.

You acknowledge that LoFi Cam does not have full control over the use of the Service by users and that your use of any Content, including reliance on the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of the foregoing, is at your sole discretion and risk and not at LoFi Cam's discretion. However, LoFi Cam may, in its sole discretion, refuse and remove any Content available through the Service that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable to LoFi Cam.

You understand and agree that LoFi Cam may preserve or disclose Content when required to do so by law or regulation, or when LoFi Cam determines in good faith that such preservation or disclosure is necessary for the following purposes or to the extent reasonably necessary.

7. Special Warning for International Use

You understand that the international Internet is borderless and agree to comply with all local laws and regulations regarding online conduct and content. 8. Public Information Posted on LoFi Cam

10. Indemnification

15. Transactions with Advertisers and Other Third Parties

18. Limitation of Liability

You expressly understand and agree that LoFi Cam shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including, but not limited to, lost profits, reputation, applications, data or other intangible losses, arising out of.

20. Exclusive rights for users

LoFi Cam respects the intellectual property rights of others and urges users to do the same.

LoFi Cam's services and materials are provided on an "as is" basis, and LoFi Cam expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, with respect to the Services, Materials or "products", including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. LoFi Cam shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the Services, Materials, or Products.

If you infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others, LoFi Cam will remove specific content or terminate your use of your account in accordance with national laws and regulations or, where appropriate, its Terms of Service or its related regulatory provisions.

LoFi Cam respects any rights of others (including intellectual property rights) and requires our users to respect the rights of others as well. LoFi Cam may, in appropriate circumstances and at its sole discretion, terminate the accounts of users who infringe or violate the rights of others.

21. General Terms

2. This Usage Agreement and your relationship with LoFi Cam shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute between you and LoFi Cam regarding the Service, this Usage Agreement or other related matters shall first be settled by friendly negotiation and, if negotiation fails, shall be referred to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission for arbitration, the arbitral award of which shall be final and binding on both parties.
3. LoFi Cam's failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Usage Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of the foregoing right or rights.
4. If any provision of this Usage Agreement is invalid because it conflicts with the laws of the People's Republic of China, you still agree that you shall endeavor to give effect to the intent of the parties as reflected in such provision in accordance with the law, and that the other provisions of this Usage Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
5. The title of this Usage Agreement is for convenience only and shall have no legal or contractual effect.
6. By accessing LoFi Cam, you acknowledge all of the above agreements.
7. LoFi Cam reserves the right of final interpretation of this Usage Agreement.
