1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to LiteFast! This application is developed and maintained by PixelPunk Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "we"). Before you start using the LiteFast application and its services, please read and understand these Terms of Use ("the Agreement") carefully. By downloading, installing, or using LiteFast, you indicate that you have read and agree to all the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
2. Service Description
LiteFast is designed to help users find the most suitable intermittent fasting plan and provide a complete fasting process experience. Our services include but are not limited to:
- Finding the most suitable fasting plan through our built-in tests;
- Recording and viewing fasting times and progress, viewing current body status, and receiving fasting advice;
- Viewing and recording weight, daily exercise time and consumption, and each historical fasting record;
- Providing widgets to quickly view fasting progress and status on the phone home screen.
Please note, LiteFast is not a medical device and should not be used for any medical diagnosis or treatment purposes.
3. Privacy and Data Protection
Protecting user privacy is our top priority. LiteFast collects and processes necessary personal data to provide and improve our services. All personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, and protect your data.
4. Usage Standards
Users should use LiteFast services legally and compliantly and must not use the services for any illegal or unethical activities. We reserve the right to take appropriate actions, including but not limited to restricting, suspending, or terminating your access to the services for any violation of laws, regulations, or the provisions of this Agreement.
5. Intellectual Property
All contents and services of LiteFast, including but not limited to texts, images, software, trademarks, and copyrights, are owned by us or our licensors. Without our explicit written consent, you may not copy, modify, distribute, broadcast, or otherwise use these contents and services.
6. Disclaimer of Warranty
LiteFast services are provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee the continuity, timeliness, security, or error-free nature of the services.
7. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall LiteFast, its developers, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data loss, or business interruption damages.
8. Modifications and Changes
We reserve the right to modify the terms of this Agreement at any time. Any such modifications will be announced through the LiteFast application or our official website. Continued use of the services will be considered as acceptance of these modifications.
9. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
The interpretation, application, and related disputes of this Agreement are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute arising from or related to this Agreement should first be resolved through amicable negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party has the right to submit the dispute to the People's Court where LiteFast is registered for adjudication.
10. Final Interpretation
PixelPunk Inc. has the final right to interpret this Agreement.
